DEPOSIT POLICY
Like many providers, I require a deposit to secure a date/time of a session. Deposits are only necessary under certain circumstances in the amount of 20% of the total rate (unless other less common situations are a factor) which are listed below.
- Booked 2 or more days in advance
- All outcalls that are 15+ miles away
- Sessions booked short notice after 10PM
- Sessions with a duration of 2 or more hours in length
- All outcalls to Oak Harbor or Anacortes
- If the client who is booking has a history of last minute cancellations or NO CALL/NO SHOWs.
REFUND POLICY
NO REFUNDS UNLESS THE CANCELLATION IS ON MY END FOR REASONS THAT ARE BEYOND THE CLIENT’S CONTROL.
IMPORTANT: Rude, degrading remarks or asking for unsafe services are grounds for your refund not being returned if I choose to cancel the session. Any and all other reasons for cancellation on my end will be refunded.
